Our Story
Generational Health was founded by clinicians and healthcare operators who saw the same gaps over and over again—fragmented communication, missed follow-ups, and patients falling through the cracks. We created Generational Health to close those gaps with connected care, better visibility, and support that follows patients beyond a single visit or setting.
